TASTING NOTES:

Pale straw yellow in colour with light green highlights. The fragrance is fruity, with subtle floral and mineral notes, while the flavour is medium bodied, delicate and savoury withfresh fruit and almondy finish. Excellent as an aperitif, with various seafood dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
