Production area: From the vineyards of Monterosso estate, located in the Piedmont region (South), Stazzano area in the district of Alessandria at an average height of 350 m. Wine making process: After the handmade harvest, the grapes are destemmed and left for fermentation in modern stainless steel tank thermo controlled, the whole process last for about 15 days at an average temperature of 20° c.
