LEONE DE CASTRIS 
Since the 60’s, the direction of Leone de Castris has been handled by Salvatore Leone de Castris and thanks to him the company has had many important developments, both locally and internationally. His know-how of what is takes for continuous improvement is now carried on by his son Piernicol a Leone de Castris, who has been the managing director since the late 90’s.

“I have been very impressed with Puglia’s 2015 rosé wines and my affection definitely extends to this, the grandfather of Puglian Rosato. The wine has hardly veered from the original formula of mostly Negroamaro with a smaller percentage of Malavasia de Lecce in the blend.
