TASTING NOTES
‘The grapes for this wine come from select vineyardsin Northern California. They are picked in the early morning at their optimum maturity. The wine ferments on the grape skins for an extended time in order to extract added colour and body before being aged in oak. This soft and fruity Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of figs, black cherry and aged cedar. Deep garnet in colour, this wine explodes with rich fruit flavours of plums, blackberries and cassis, accented with lightly toasted oak.’
