The wines of Jaillance are subject to meticulous care by respecting the old traditions while implementing modern oenological knowledge. Most of the grapes used in our winemaking are sorted by hand. They are then vinified according to the wine that is to be obtained by the traditional method.

With sunny conditions and a temperate maritime climate, the Crémant de Bordeaux appellation vineyards lie completely within the AOC Bordeaux area. This Crémant was originally established as an AOC in its own right in April 1990. 18 months of cellar ageing is needed for the Crémant de Bordeaux brut rosé to develop its complex flavour. This wine is vinified by the traditional method.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant, intense elegant bubble. Red fruit notes (strawberry, red currant, cherries) with a pleasant hint of fresh menthol. Beautifully harmonious sparkle that is balanced with good persistence and touches of vanilla notes on the finish.
