Pedro Parra, a renowned international terroir expert, visits the Okanagan. HIs visit confirmed the site’s rare quality and highlighted the calcium carbonate skins on the rocks in the Stoneboat property. This rare trait is very unusual in the Okanagan, and vines that grow in these soils can produce premium-quality grapes with exceptional flavor and minerality.
