Today, as before, the delicious products of the distillery are the result of a harmonious balance between respect for tradition and attention to the potential for improvement offered by new technologies. Herbs, roots and fruits are processed in the plant selected from the first stage of production so as to ensure control over the finished product and an excellent range of aromas and flavors that are appreciated by the lovers of much of the globe. TASTING NOTES
Owns a pleasing aroma of licorice and bark. Palate entry is surprisingly sweet and syrupy; by midpalate there’s all sorts of flavors bouncing in my mouth, including root beer, maple, dark caramel, ginger, road tar, tobacco leaf and orris root. Aftertaste is long, fat and chewy.
